FAMILY NIGHT DINNER is this Wednesday, Oct. 8th. Please bring potluck, change or bills for our “Trick or Treat for UNICEF”. There is also a preview of the Silent Auction items for the yard sale.
SPECIAL MUSIC - We will have a time for singing praise on Sunday mornings at 9:15 before the service begins at 9:30. Come early to make a joyful noise and prepare for the Lord's time. Praise selections will be printed in the Sunday bulletin so you can join in!
CHILDREN OF FAITH CD’S are still available in the Narthex. These are CD’S made by children of Faith Harbor and are available for a donation.
BAKED ITEMS FOR YARD SALE - There is a sign up sheet on the bulletin board by the kitchen for large baked items such as pies or cakes that can be sold during the yard sale. The proceeds will be going to our Youth to help them with their mission trips. If there are any questions please contact Eunice Lytton or Lois Snyder.

THANK YOU to those who delivered reports for charge conference and to everyone else who took the time to come out to learn about the governance of our church. Illumination came in many ways, especially in the brief worship service.
VOLUNTEERS are needed to act as Ushers and Greeters for the months of October, November, and December. There is a sign-up sheet in the Narthex or for information contact Howard Kelly at 328-3853 or Martha Vaughn at 270-3807.
DEAD SEA SCROLLS - The sign up sheet for our trip to Raleigh to see the Dead Sea Scrolls is now in the Narthex. We will be going on Wednesday, Oct 29. Rev. Jesse will lead an informational meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 28th. The cost will be $15.00 for admission to the museum and a small amount for the gas and lunch. Come go with us and see these Scrolls from the past.
